Time one of the most valuable intangibles
Time is very valuable to those who realize how valuable it really is. Time is one of those things that doesn't carry over, once you spend that time doing something it's gone forever no redo's, no getting that time back. This is why I am so careful with who I spend my time with, and you should be too. You don't want to spend time with people that are holding you back, you want to spend time working on yourself, and pursuing your dreams and passion! Don't waste your time on people who don't deserve your time! Spend your time very wisely, it doesn't gain interest like money does.

Wow
Wow, I know I've been slacking. I've really noticed something in total clarity, I have talked about gratitude before and the importance of truly being grateful. I know it's "cool" to brag, to be "hard". I know that might make you feel good for a little while, but it's not really true happiness. True happiness comes from complete understanding of gratitude. Many times when I talk about being grateful, others will chime in and say things like, "Oh yeah I'm grateful for the things I have, but I really want this, and this, that." But that's not what I'm talking about, I'm talking about being grateful when someone cuts you off in traffic, when your boss yells at you, when your customer is giving you a hard time, when you get in a car accident, even if one of your family members or close friends passes away. There is ALWAYS something in every second of time to be grateful for. For those of you that know me personally, most of you know I used to ride my bike 20 miles a day to get to work, including in the winter, or I would walk. Many asked me how I did it, how I was so positive about it, how I was so happy, they asked what my "secret" was. Well it's no secret I was just grateful, I chose to look at it positive. There was nothing negative, I got my exercise, I didn't spend money on gas or insurance. And I got to breathe in the fresh air and watch the sunrise as a went to work. It truly is amazing what the power of gratitude can really do for you!

Don't try something, master it!
Get out of that mindset you have, give up the idea of trying something, commit to that thing, don't just try it, master it. Give up that Idea of just trying. If you're trying something new why would you want to just try it? If you come out of the gate with the mindset that you're going to crush it, that you're going to master that thing, do you think you will pursue that thing differently? Do you think you will act differently, then if you told yourself you were just going to try? The first step in taking your game to the next level is to change your mindset.

Take responsibility, be unstoppable!
What have you tricked yourself into believing, what is your story? Your story is the reason you are where you are, and not where you want to be. The first step to making change is believing it can happen, the second step is accepting, and taking responsibility that everything that has happened to you in your life, that where you are right now is only because of you.Once you accept that, once you take responsibility with where you are in your life, that is one of the most powerful positions you can be in your life. Because once you take responsibility, that you are the reason for where you are in life, not because of someone else, or something else, or because this or that happened, once you can truly say, "I am where I am because of me myself and I, and no one else." Then you are at a point in your life where you realize that you are the one that makes "luck", you are the one that controls your life, you are the one that controls your destiny, you are the one that controls where you end up, you control your life! and once you accept that, there is no more blame, there are no more excuses there is only action, there is only understanding, and you will be unstoppable!

Don't let anyone get you down
Don't let anyone talk you out of your dreams, out of your ideas not even you! Don't let them get you down, don't be realistic, don't compare yourself to statistics. When someone asks me what I'm going to do with my life, or what I want to do. I tell them I'm working on music and making hip hop, and that's what I want to do. And they usually look at me weird, don't take my seriously, or laugh at me, or doubt me. But when they do those things I think to myself, how do you know how serious about I am about this? How do you know how talented I am? How do you know how hard I work, or am willing to work? How do you know how much passion, and drive I have? How do you know if I can make it or not? you don't know how close I am. If anyone doesn't take you seriously, if anyone laughs at you when you tell them what you want to do, remember these things, and remember that they think that way because they don't share the same vision as you do, they don't see your dream the same way that you do! Remember this, and don't ever let anyone get you down!
Successful mindset
A lot of people ask me what's wrong with partying here and there, whats wrong with smoking weed, what's wrong with drinking. When you become successful you don't ask what's wrong with something, you ask what's right with it. How is what you're doing right now going to help you get to where you're trying to get to. If you wanna drink you can if you want, I'm not here to tell you to drink or not drink, or smoke, that's up to you, but where I'm going I need to be in my right mind 365 days out of the year. When you get good at something, and want to achieve greatness you're going to spend more time practicing than you will playing.

Take action
You can say you're going to do something as much as you'd like, you can watch as many videos to motivate you as you want, you can read a thousand books to try and gain knowledge to be successful, you can listen to as many motivational speakers as you want, you can talk to as many people as you want to about what you're going to do. But if you don't take any action, none of that really matters. How many of you watch motivational videos, and get inspired, and pumped up, and tell yourself "Let's do it!". But then the next week, the next day, or even right after the video you lose that inspiration, you lose that drive, you lose that fire that was ignited. So ask yourself what happened? What put out that fire, You have to find passion, and you have to take action. Just talking about what you're going to do, just watching a video, and getting pumped up may feel like you're making a change, but you're not. You have to actually go out and do something, take action on that pumped up feeling, and don't let it leave, fuel the fire of passion and drive that was ignited! Take action and never give up!

Change your attitude
You know better, but you're not doing better. Stop selling yourself short! You're gifted, you're talented, and there are bigger plans for you in your life, everything around you is going to change, once you change the things around you. Can you really expect things to change if you keep things the same way? It's all in the way you think, it's all in the mind, change the way you think and you will change your life. You want something different all you have to do is make a decision. Stop saying you're tired of this or that. If you really have a problem with your life you'll change it. You're not tired of being broke or stuck, you're not tired of all the negative energy, you're not tired of being in an abusive relationship, you aren't tired, because if you were sick and tired, you would actually do something about it. Too many of us complain about the way our lives are, but we aren't really sick of it, because we aren't doing anything to make our life better. Excuses sound best to those that make them. It only makes sense with you in your mind, you justify why you're at where you're at, and then you just stay there. Change your attitude, change your mind, and you change your life.

The winner is the one who refuses to give up
How many of you know someone who has given up on their dream? How many of you know why they gave up? The difference between you and the greats is that they have failed more than you and refused to give up, so why would you give up because you fail a few times or even once, I know some of you have given up because you've failed ONE time, because you were scared to fail again. Get used to rejection, and you will never be scared of it again. Don't be afraid to just go out there and fail, did you think it would be easy? Well guess what, no one got to where they were without brick walls, or failures along the way, no matter how good your ideas are, or how much work you put into it, there will always be those dream killers, there will always be those people who say it can't be done, there will always people people telling you, that you can't do it. But the only one who can prove them right or wrong is you. The only one holding you back, is yourself, any brick walls that come your way, you just have to ask yourself, are you willing to go through, up, down, or around that brick wall? Or are you going to let it stop you, these brick walls only exist for one reason, and that's to signify how bad you want something. Nothing great has ever been accomplished over night, it comes from hard work every single day, and getting past brick wall after brick wall, after brick wall. You can always point the finger and blame something else, or someone else that's the easy way, you have to accept that you are the one who ultimately shapes your reality. So what are you going to do now?
How bad do you really want it?
How bad do you really want to reach your dreams? How much time are you willing to invest in yourself and in your dream? Are you willing to say no to party's? Are you willing to say no to your friends? How much time to you actually spend working on your dream? If you aren't spending hours a day, if you aren't saying no to that party, if you aren't saying yes to time commitment for yourself, then how do you expect to accomplish your dreams? How do you expect to be successful when you won't even invest a few hours a day on yourself? Most of you say you want to be successful but you don't want it that bad. You'd rather go out and party you'd rather play games, most of you would rather sleep than work towards your dream. So how can you expect to achieve your dream when you're out partying, when you're sleeping, when you're playing games more than you're spending time working on your dream, does that really make sense? Just like the great speaker ET says. "As soon as you want to be successful, as bad as you want to breathe, then you'll be successful". When you can't breath you don't care about a party, you don't care about going to hangout, you don't care about playing games, the only thing you're trying to do is breathe, so when are you going to create that mindset to work on your dreams, and goals as bad as you want to breathe?

Change your belief system
Once you believe who are you, once you believe that you are something, you actually embody that feeling, that's how powerful your mind is. You don't become what you want, or what you think about, unless you truly believe that you are already that person, or that you believe you truly will become that person. If you can put yourself in a mind state where you believe that you are already what you want to become it will do wonderful things for you, you will act differently, you will talk differently, you will be more confident, you will become that person. It's amazing the power of your mind. So if you believe that you're already that professional basketball player, that you're already that actor/actress, that your already that singer, that you're already that rapper, that you're already whatever it is that you want to become, won't you act differently? If you lost your memory and someone told you you were a professional basketball player, how do you think you would act, compared to if you were told you were a teacher. It is necessary to change your beliefs about yourself if you want to live your dream, it's not always easy, but that's why very few do it! And you can do it! I believe in you, if you're still reading this I know something about you, I know you're a survivor, I know that you're ready for change, that you're ready to change your belief system, that you're a winner!

Overcoming pain
Life isn't always easy, sometimes you have to go through things that are painful, that you don't want to go through. But that's what builds character, that's what makes you strong, that's what makes you who you are. How do you think you gain experience? How do you think you become strong? How do you think you build character. People misunderstand pain, they look at it as a bad thing, it's not bad it's good. Stop running from your pain and face your pain head on! Pain creates the prize. Stop drinking to get away from the pain, stop getting high to get away from the pain, how are you going to grow, how are you going to learn if you are running from your pain, if you are avoiding the pain, that will only make it worse. I challenge you to FEEL the pain, to FEEL the emotions you have, don't run or hide from them, don't avoid them. It won't be easy, if it were everyone would do it, but if you can just get through your pain, you will be successful.

Find reasons that empower you
Find those reasons that keep you going when life knocks you down. What are you going to do, and what is going to keep you in the game, when life hits you on the blind side. If you can find at least 5 reasons why you're doing what you're doing, that are strong enough, they will keep you going through ANYTHING that life throws at you. You have to find at least 5 reasons that will keep you going why are you doing what you're doing, and this is so important, this is key. In fact I encourage you to find 10 reasons that will keep you going, they have to be strong reasons. When people lie to you, when they betray you, when they say they will be for you and aren't, when you want to give up yourself, when life knocks you down, and keeps you on your knees, and all you want to do is give up, and all of this is going to happen. What reasons can you call on, can you reach out to, can you remember, that you can use, that will make you get back up. When things happen to you that you weren't expecting, when you're struggling to keep going, when it seems like there is no hope left, what are the reasons that will keep you strong, that will keep you going, when you want to give up? Find those reasons, that will calm you, that will bring you back UP, that will keep you strong, find them out, and write them down, and that is so important!

The power of failing
Failure is very powerful, without failure you could not succeed. When you fail you really have two choices. You can either sit there do nothing about it and give up, or you can grow, learn, and get back up and keep going. Each time you fail just means that you are one step closer to success! Everyone that has achieved their biggest dreams, everyone that has worked for their goals anyone that works hard has failed, They failed their way to success, and that's the difference between them, and you. Where is the wealthiest place in the world?

Power of the subconscious
It's awesome to think that your subconscious can't tell the difference between dreams, and reality! You really do become what ever you believe about yourself, and this is why it is important to program your subconscious to be positive, and to believe that you are already what you want to be! Why is it important to reprogram your subconscious? Weather you realize it or not, your subconscious mind controls 95% of brain activity. It is responsible for memories, your filters, your five senses, and your everyday moods, behaviors, and habits. This is why you want to program it to be positive, train it to keep you motivated towards your dreams, and goals. If you program it to be positive, and keep you motivated, it will change your behavior, your mood, and your habits! Enough with the negative self talk
We all have our own negative self talk in our heads, telling ourselves that we can't do it, or that we are not good enough. Now why would we want to tell ourselves that we aren't good enough, or that we can't do it? We already have enough people telling us that we aren't good enough, and that we can't do it. So really why do we want to say that negative self talk to ourselves? We don't want that! We know that thoughts influence actions, so if we are constantly telling ourselves that we can't do it that we aren't good enough, how do you think that's going to affect you? You need to tell yourself, "I can do this, I will do this, I am good enough" every single day. You are the master of your fate, and if you don't believe it, then neither will anyone else. So how do you gain self confidence? Get away from people that are tearing you down, that are telling you, you can't do it. Make the sacrifice, cut the bad fruit off of the tree. Tell yourself everyday, "I'm going to make it, even if no one can see it, I'm going to see it for myself, I'm going to make it".

You can achieve your dreams IV
If you're working on your dream, sure there are going to be times that you want to give up, sure there are going to be times when life knocks you down, but the challenge is to hold one! If you can hold on, then the universe is on your side! If you don't decide to go for your dream, if you don't decide to live YOUR life, if you don't face your fears, if you don't say yes to life, it will never work for you. don't be afraid to tell people what you want to do, be proud of your ideas and dreams. If people don't take you serious that's on them! They don't know how passionate you are, how much drive you have, how dedicated you are, how inspired, or motivated you are, or even how talented you are, they don't know how hard you are willing to work, don't listen to them! This next thing is important. At the end of each day, reflect on your day, what you did, and how it went, then ask yourself. "If I did what I did today, every day, would I reach my goals and dreams? Would I be successful? What kind of life would I live?" If you ask this everyday it really helps you measure where you are headed, and gets you in gear to go for your dreams, live everyday as if it is your last!

Finding your "why" is phenomenal
Finding your "why" is one of the keys to reaching your goals, achieving your dreams, and being successful! Why are you doing what you're doing? Why are you reaching for that dream? Why are you reaching to accomplish that goal? What is it that you want? What do you want out of life? What you are you doing that for!? Life is going to knock you down sometimes, and your why has to be greater than that knockdown. Buster Douglas got knocked out, no body ever got knocked out by Mike Tyson and ever got back up. He was stumbling, it was like a 10 count, but he got saved by the bell. Everyone thought that, that was it. They thought when he comes back out Tyson is just going to hammer him. Mike Tyson came out just like that, like "I got this kid up against the rope". Well sometimes life is going to get you up against the rope, but you can't give in, fight back! Don't give in! Buster Douglas fought back, he knocked out Mike Tyson. They asked Buster what happened, and Buster said "Listen to me, it's real simple, before my mother died she told the whole world that I was going to beat Mike Tyson, and two days before the fight my mother died." Buster Douglas found his why! His why was greater than that punch! His why was greater than defeat! If you don't know what your why is, and your why isn't strong you're going to get knocked out everyday!

There is a big difference between failing and being a failure, even if things don't work out, even if I experience defeat or failure, that does not make me a failure! If you don't produce the results you want and things don't work out, then that's it. But don't get confused and mix up who you are, with the results that you produce! Do what you can, with what you have, where you are, and never settle! Always know that wherever you are, that you can enjoy more, and that you do deserve more, always strive to be better, don't settle, don't get satisfied!

Stop saying "but"
Too many of us go through life pretending like we don't have goals or dreams that we want to achieve. Deep down inside we really do want more! Instead we block ourselves and and use these words like we are in a trans, like we are sleepwalking through life, we find ways to make excuses to quit on our dreams. There are so many things we want to do in life, so many places we want to go, so many things we want to experience, but we make excuses and say "but this", or "but that". "But" will cause you to hideout behind fear, "but" will cause you to come up with all kinds of excuses, "but" is a dream killer. Most people go through life tip toeing safely to an early grave. We have ideas we don't act on, and things we want to accomplish, but we are scared to take chances! Don't allow "but" to keep you in the corner.

The power of a changed mind
There is nothing as powerful as a changed mind. You can change your hair, your cloths, your address, your spouse, your residence. But if you don't change your mind, you will experience the same outcome over, and over, and over again. If you want something out of life, if you want to change yourself, if you want to acquire something, if there is some goal you'd like to reach, changing your behaviors and negative behaviors can be the key but it's very challenging, it's hard. But it is the most powerful thing you can do to change your situation, to achieve that goal, or to acquire whatever it is that you want. You can't expect to move forward and achieve your goals, and change your life situation without changing your mindset!

3 keys to a successful relationship
1. Communication and clarity. Communication is one of the most important things that you need to have to maintain a healthy relationship. Make sure you communicate don't ignore emotions even small ones. If you ignore them over time they will build up, and it can actually cause you to subconsciously start to resent them because of these things kept bottled up. For example if they are talking to you a certain way, don't ignore it, speak up and say something like, "Hey, I don't like when you talk to me like that, could you please not do that?"
2. Love from the mind not just the heart! Most people actually aren't in love, they are in love with the idea of being loved. When someone tells you they love you Oxycontin and Serotonin are released into the body immediately. If you keep on going back and revisiting that phrase "I love you" those chemicals will continuously be released which is why you feel "love".
3. Trust This is a big one, if you don't trust your partner you will constantly feel anxiety, and thoughts of worry. It's not only toxic to you but your partner as well, they constantly will have to defend themselves against thoughts, feelings, and accusations that you may have against them. Lack of trust can be a very toxic relationship!

Stop depending on other people
Depending on other people is a dangerous lifestyle, especially if you're trying to live a happier life, and are working towards your dreams. Not only can depending on other people lead to constant disappointment, but it can also leave you not knowing what to do when you stop depending on people. You will be so used to someone always there to fall back on, that when they aren't there anymore you're lost! When you're working on your dreams and goals relying on others to help you, to get somewhere, or to get something done can be a toxic path. So why is this a dangerous path? Because they are not going to work as hard as you, it's not their dream, or something they love as much as you (most likely) so they won't be as motivated, driven, and passionate about it. Things may not get done how you want them to, they may not even get done at all. People are flaky, they bail a lot, they like to make excuses. This is why you need to entrust yourself with your dream, don't wait on others, go out and make opportunities for yourself! I'm not saying it's bad to have help, that's totally fine, just don't DEPEND on them!

One of the most important questions you can ask yourself

The first step obviously is to believe it is possible, and to start working towards that dream, but there is a question you can ask yourself at the end of everyday that will keep you on track, and that will motivate you to keep going and accomplish those dreams, and goals that you have! One of the most important questions you can ask yourself at the end of the day is, I guess it's not just a question but really reflecting on your day each night and asking yourself. "If I do what I did today everyday, would I achieve my dreams and goals." This question and reflecting at the end of each day really helps to stay on track, and stay motivated!

Find your why
You're why is going to push you when you can't push yourself. When you wanna quit and give up, your why is going to give you that edge you need, that advantage you need, that lift that you need to get to the next level, your why! Yes we are tired, yes we are hungry, yes the mind is saying give up, yes it's saying quit, but we cannot quit because we realize we have not reached the goal yet. This is not what I said I was gonna do, this is not the goal, this is not what I dreamed about, this is not what it looks like. Find your why!
The power of gratitude
Gratitude and patience have an amazing power that can help you achieve happiness when practiced. I have learned to be grateful for everything and that is key to being happy. I have learned to accept everything that has happened in my life, bad or good, and I have taken responsibility for everything that has happened in my life, good or bad. When something bad happens I am grateful for it, I take something positive from it, even the little things like someone yelling at me. And this is not always easy, but if you don't realize this it gives others power over your happiness. I have a friend who gets mad over every little thing that happens, he is constantly angry. If he understood that everything that happens is something to be grateful for, and be positive about it, then he would not be angry all the time. He would enjoy life so much more! Be grateful for the little things, good and bad. Take the good out of a negative situation and watch it change your life.

Giving up your phone
I'm sure everyone reading this has a phone. Phones have evolved and are now used as little computers. It's crazy people are constantly on social media. Next time you go hangout with your family or friends see if you notice that everyone is constantly on their phones, even when friends get together to hangout a lot of times they will all just sit there on their phones for a while. Phones can be a good way to communicate and stay in touch, but when used to much they can affect how you interact with society, I think it has affected my generation all together. My generation is loosing touch with themselves, and a big part of why is because they are so into their phones all time! The youth of my generation are so into their phones that they can't even have a good conversation in person anymore. The point is if you are trying to achieve greatness, if you are trying to reach your goals and achieve that dream that you have, you will have to limit the time you're spending on the phone, time doesn't carry over to the next day, once you spend it it's gone and phones have wasted so much of your time. Some of you that use your phones A LOT, if you give up your phone you'd be successful, and you'd be where you want to be. Don't let the amount of time you spend on your phone interfere with your success!

You can achieve your dreams! III
Everyone fails, I have failed, you're going to fail, you will embarrass yourself, but EMBRACE that. Don't let it get to you guys, use that to push you from where you are, to where you want to be. As long as you're still working towards your dream, where you are is not final! The only time you can't reach your dream is when YOU quit. As long as you don't quit you can achieve your dreams guys. So when you feel like giving up, when you feel discouraged, when you're tired, when you don't want to get up, when you feel like giving up. Ask yourself WHY are you doing it, what are you doing it for. Find your WHY guys, once you find your why it can push you even harder than before! Remember that failure is 1 step closer to success! As long as you can wake up, as long as you're still breathing there is still time to achieve your dreams! Empower yourself everything that's happening to you right now are just temporary inconveniences, they aren't stronger than you! Take responsibility with where you are in life, and that you're going to take yourself to the next level. Don't get comfortable, break your comfort zone.

Happiness is a goal for everyone to achieve, although I feel like very few people actually achieve true happiness, here are a few key secrets to achieving happiness.
1. Stay busy, not rushed. Some of the most happy people are the ones that are the busiest, but do not feel rushed. A big part of that is they enjoy what they do in life, they are busy with it, but they enjoy it at the same time.
2. Don't stay in a job you dislike. If you're at a job that you don't like right now go out and do something about it, complaining about it is only going to attract the negative, be positive about it and go make opportunities happen, find that new job that you'll enjoy!
3. Give and help others but not to the point that it starts to hurt you. Giving brings us great happiness it truly does feel better to give than it does to receive!
4. Don't look to relationships and others for happiness. Happiness needs to be dependent of one person and that is yourself! Do what makes you happy! But don't rely on others to keep you happy, that is the path to depression.
5. Live in the now! Don't live in the past, or even in the future happiness comes from living in the now! There is no time if you really think about it there is only now! The time or improve your life is NOW!
6. Don't look at life situations as "problems" look at them as challenges that give your more experience and make you stronger as you over come them! Nothing that happens to you is negative, it is only a situation that makes you stronger, and is only there to make you stronger, and form you into the person that you want to become. Take something positive out of every life challenge that you think is negative and realize it will benefit you, instead of harming you.

Why you shouldn't seek approval from others
“A truly strong person does not need the approval of others any more than a lion needs the approval of sheep.” ~ Vernon Howard.
Approval seeking behavior is a big part of society, and something that you should not want to be a part of. Constantly trying to please everyone, or seeking everyone's approval is a pointless en devour, it's like when a dog chases it's tail, you will never be satisfied and no matter what you do you will not be liked by everyone. In fact you will live a much happier life without their approval! It is a much happier life living how you want to, and doing what you want to do, It doesn't make sense to live how someone else wants you to live just to please them, is that really true happiness? You can do everything in your power to change what people think about you, but the truth is you just can't control what others think of you, don't waste your energy trying to please everyone. When you start trying to seek others approval it takes away your freedom, and you can lose who you really are. You give them control over your life. That's not how you want to live is it? Stop seeking others approval, the only person you need approval from is yourSELF!

Use your pain to grow and evolve!
Everyone feels pain, it's important not to avoid your pain, not to mask your pain. Don't try to numb your pain with drugs, alcohol, Netflix, or a rebound relationship. The best way to handle pain, is to just feel your pain, see what it is showing you. If you try to numb your pain you won't take that experience as a positive one and it will only prolong your pain and also make it worse. Just like you wouldn't distract yourself from a broken bone, you shouldn't distract yourself from a broken heart either. Time doesn't heal that's a lie we've been taught. Even if it's scary to face your pain head on, it's the best way to start the healing process go vent to someone, go for walks, listen to music, write, cry, let your emotions out, don't ignore them, or numb them, you don't want pain to build up. Facing pain head on allows you to grow as a person and evolve. Look at it as an obstacle to over come that will make you stronger and more experienced, and that will help you grow as a person.

Don't give up! You can achieve your dreams II
Don't give up on your dreams guys. When I first started telling people about what I wanted to do they told me to be more realistic, and talked to me about statistics. Well the majority of people don't reach their dreams because they give up, so that counts out a big chunk of them because you're not going to give up! No one works as hard as you or me so that counts out everyone. No one as dedication, and the motivation as strong as yours or mine, so that counts out everyone. No one thinks like me or you, we are unique so that also counts out everyone, so what was that about statistics? Statistics are irrelevant, that's being realistic. Why be realistic like everyone else, why settle for good when you can achieve phenomenal. It doesn't matter where you are right now, but what you're going to do! Where you are right doesn't matter right now, it does not determine where you will be down the road. If you want to achieve your dream, you need to be able to at any time sacrifice who you are for you you will become! DON'T SETTLE guys!

Why you shouldn't be in a relationship if you're not happy
Too many people I know are not happy, they think that once they find "the one" (their soulmate) that they will be happy. But we know that is simply not true, in fact you should be happy with yourself before you start looking for a relationship. You should never let your happiness depend on anyone other then yourself. If you rely on other people to bring you happiness, your consistency of happiness will go down a lot, and you will never truly be happy. Do be truly happy it has to come from you, not from doing something, not from being with someone. Happiness comes from living in the now, and many people mistake happiness for pleasure. This is where the expression money doesn't buy happiness, which is true. Pleasure can feel like happiness but it is only temporary. Like you're happy when you're driving a nice car, well that is just pleasure, happiness comes from living in the now. If you do get into a relationship, and you aren't truly happy, it can have negative effects. when/if you end up breaking up then your happiness is gone, whereas if you rely on yourself and have inner peace then when you break up you may be a little bummed, but ultimately you will still have your happiness. If you are looking for that one and only person to make you happy, then you let them dictate not only the relationship but your life, they have FULL control over your emotions and happiness. And that is just now how it should be!

Don't settle!
Lets say you just came across two job opportunities. One of them you aren't going to like what you do, it doesn't require much work, and you won't make very much money, but the other you will love what you do, you will make a lot of money, but it will require a lot more work than the other job. Which one would you pick? I hope you picked the second one! It's the same thing with life. Most people in life settle for things because it's "safe", because it's "realistic". If everyone where safe and realistic, no one would achieve greatness. It takes a lot of work, a lot of dedication, a lot of people will tell you you can't do it, because they can't do it. Once you realize you have no limits to what you can achieve, you will accomplish great things. You have a job, it's "safe", you won't make as much money, and probably won't like what you're doing, but it doesn't require much work. Then you have your dream, It will take hard work, but you will love what you do for the rest of your life, and you will be wealthy. Which one will you choose?

Power of the mind
Your mind is most responsible for your well being, who you are, and who you will become. It is the biggest contributing factor. The power of our mind is incredible, and many of us take it for granted. It can be the cause of an illness or the cure of an illness. If you constantly have negative thoughts or are always depressed, it can cause many different types of illnesses. I read an article where they did a study on the placebo effect. They took two different people who both had knee injuries. On one individual they did a real knee surgery, on the other they did a fake knee surgery but the individual thought it was real. They both healed the same, in about the same amount of time. Interesting huh? Here is another example of your mind and it's power. There was a man with cancer, and he heard about this new promising drug called Krebiozen that supposedly was supposed to help/cure cancer. He was in the advanced stages, and the doctors only gave him about a week to live, he had to have liquid pumped from his chest every day to breathe. He had several tumors the size of an orange. Well the doctor ends up giving him this drug, and sure enough the next day he is walking around, and his tumors had reduced about 50%. One week after the injection he left the hospital cancer free. Then a study came out saying that the new drug Krebiozen wasn't very successful in fighting cancer, he started to get depressed and cancer came back. The doctor decided to trick him. He told him the dose he gave him wasn't as strong, and that he just got a new shipment in of more potent dosages. He then injected him with only distilled water, and sure enough he was healed of cancer. Unfortunately The american medical association announced that the drug was completely worthless and the man lost all faith in the treatment. It's important to understand how powerful your mind is, and that you really can do anything you believe!

Don't let fear control your life
Too many people let fear control their lives, it stops them from doing what they would like to do, and becoming who they want to become. The crazy thing about that is, fear is not real. Fear is only an illusion, you create it. Just as easily as you can create fear, you can destroy it, all you have to believe is that it is simply not real, and it really isn't. Your mind makes it up, all fear is, is a projection of the future, something that could possibly happen, but it hasn't happened and almost every time it does not happen. Just like when you're a child you're scared of the dark, you're scared of monsters, you're scared of someone breaking in, and murdering you. But has any of that actually happened? probably not. Just like when people are scared to ride a "scary" ride at an amusement park. What are they scared of? Falling out? The ride breaking and them dying? Has it even happened? No it's only created in the mind! It is not real, and the more your mind is thinking about fear, the more negativity you are attracting. Don't let fear control you, control your fear!

You can achieve your dreams!
How many of you have a dream? How many of you still have that dream, or any dream? I believe that you have that dream for a reason, the first step to achieving that dream is believing in yourself. You have to believe that you can do it, even if no one else does. Here are some of the keys to achieving your dreams.
1. Believe in yourself There will be doubters, it won't always be easy. But you have to stick with it, believe in you! No matter what, drown out the negative voices in your head telling you, you can't do it with ones that say, yes I can do this, I will do this.
2. Crazy work ethic You have to work very very hard for your dream. It is simple, but it won't be easy. If it were easy everyone would do it, but you're going to have to sacrifice sleep sometimes. You are going to have to sacrifice going to that party, or watching that game. You're going to have to sacrifice hanging out all the time, because that just isn't productive if you're working towards your dream.
3. Don't be afraid to fail This one is what keeps people from even attempting at their dreams, and acting on their ideas. They are afraid what other people will think, they are afraid of humiliation, and they are afraid to fail. Remember that each time you fail is one step closer to success! No one successful has never not failed, everyone fails at some point, you just have to accept that failure is part of success.
4. Don't wait, make Don't wait for things to happen, make them happen! Don't rely on other people to come through for you. They don't see what you see in your dream, they don't feel how you feel about it. Everyone stands by waiting for opportunities, but it's those people who go out and make opportunities happen that achieve the "impossible".
5. Don't make excuses Take responsibility for where you are in life. Don't blame others and say you aren't where you want to be because of him, or her, or anybody. Understand that it does not matter what happens to you, but what are you going to do about what happens to you, just like the saying. It doesn't matter the cards you are given, but how you play them.
6. Don't procrastinate One of the biggest killers of dreams, procrastination. This one can also fall under don't wait, make, and don't make excuses. A lot of people make excuses for why they are where they are, like saying I don't know what to do, or I don't have time, or I'll get to that later. You don't have time to do it later, you have to act now! Now is the only time! Imagine if you wake up every day and there is 86,400 dollars in your bank account, and everyday, at the end of the night it's gone, no matter what you did with, it or how you spent it, it's gone. And the next day, you get another 86,400 dollars. You would make the most of it right? You would do your best to spend it all, because the next day you know that you get 86,400 dollars. Well you have 86,400 seconds everyday, why waste your time, it doesn't carry over to the next day, or gain interest. Take everyday, every moment and make something positive of it.

Using the law of attraction.
So many people have heard about the law of attraction and how you can use it in a positive way, but they find it's just not working the way they want it to. Here are a few reasons why it may not be working for you, yet.
1. They aren't being specific. The universe, our minds, and our sub conscious minds love the specifics. You have to be specific when you are trying to manifest something. Imagine the color, the taste, the smell, how it sounds. Visualize how you will feel when you receive it! Also be specific in what you're asking for! If you say, "Well I want more money". You might get a dollar or even a penny, it's not what you were thinking, but it's still more money than you had, be specific!
2. Aren't giving it time. Some things that you ask for may take some time to manifest be patient! It's not always going to work like magic where you say, "I want a new car". Bam here is a new car. That is not how it works! The bigger, and more long term things you are manifesting, the more time it may take to manifest, be goal oriented!
3. Mental blocks, and limiting beliefs. Many people who first learn about the basics to the law of attraction start to become more positive, and really dedicate them selves to attracting what they want. Many times they have what we call mental blocks or limiting beliefs. Like the belief that you won't be a millionaire. Or that deep thought that the law of attraction might not work. These can be hard to identify at times, but if you observe your mind you can identify and rid yourself of these beliefs and blocks.

What is the law of attraction?
What is the law of attraction? Have you ever heard of the law of attraction? what is your understanding of the law of attraction? The law of attraction is one of the laws of the universe. It is affecting everyone at every single moment! So there must be some way to influence this law and use it in a positive way. Well there is! so what is the law of attraction? The law of attraction is the law that we attract things into our life based on our thoughts, what we visualize, and our frequency. Do you ever have those days where your day just starts off negatively and you find that the rest of the day or even that week just isn't going so well for you? When you start your day on a negative note, it has a ripple affect. The best thing to do is change your attitude and thinking to a positive state. It's funny how we look at life
We look at life in such a weird way! if something comes up we call it a problem, if something isn't going how we want it to we say our life sucks. This is the type of thinking that can lead to depression! Calling something a problem or telling yourself your life sucks is simply attracting exactly that. There is no such thing as a problem, only challenges or situations we encounter that can most definitely be dealt with. There is no such thing as a crappy life. Only life experiences that we go through that make us think our life sucks. Our life is amazing! We just don't realize that and when you start to live in the now you understand that life is truly amazing.

Toxic relationships and how they can impact your life
Are you in a toxic relationship? would you know if you are? There are many signs that can tell you that you are in a toxic relationship. I'm going to go through a some of the warning signs of a toxic relationship.
1. Do they put you down? By put you down I mean do they make you feel insecure or worthless about yourself? do they make you feel depressed? Do they criticize you, and make you feel like you can't do anything right? Do they act superior towards you? This is a sign of a toxic relationship and it is not good for your mind or your physical health.
2. Do they seem hostile all the time? Are they always angry? Do you feel like you're living with a lot of stress, anxiety, and/or tension? Do you feel like you can't express yourself safely because you're scared how they will react? If this is the case then it is not a health relationship for you.
3. Does he/she fight dirty? Does he/she call you names when you fight? that is a sure sign of a toxic relationship. Trying to hurt your friends and loved ones with words is never the answer to resolving a conflict and can do so much harm to ones mental health.
4. You aren't you. Are you being yourself around this person, or do you change your likes, dislikes, and opinions around them? If you feel like you have to adjust yourself just to get along this is a sign of a toxic relationship.
5. Constantly guilt tripping you. If they are constantly guilt tripping you, always bringing up things they have done for you. If you feel like you should give into them whenever they need, and they can always make you feel guilty if you don't do something for them. This is a sign that you may need to cut the bad fruit off the tree.

Hello, and welcome!
Hello! My name is Kyle and I love helping people, giving advice, and just being there for anyone who needs help. I am far into meditation, and learning about spirit science and metaphysics. I am starting a blog to talk with others who are like minded and share views, opinions, and even shed some light and help others to live more positive. I currently work with people helping them to clear bock's and eliminate limiting beliefs that are holding them back! I also help them understand how the law of attraction really works. I will be blogging about a variety of things, from using the law of attraction, to meditation techniques. I will be blogging about anything positive to uplift others.
